Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. Once a return has been requested, the item should be sent back within a further 14 days.

Returned items should be in their original presentation and in the same condition as received, allowing for reasonable handling to inspect the product. We may reduce a refund if the item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact Luna Mint Co. as soon as possible so we can put it right.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier. Where applicable, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
